Tell us about a wrong date, a page that needs fixing, or a question about how we work.
Wrong date or out-of-date page
Email hello@binweek.co.uk with the council name and what is wrong. Please do not send your full address unless it is essential: the council name and the page you were on are usually enough. We will check it against the council’s own page and correct ours.
If you are a council
If you would like us to stop asking your website for bin days, change how we do it, or offer an official feed, write to bots@binweek.co.uk. We honour a request to stop the same day. How we behave towards council sites is on the for councils page.
Privacy questions
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email privacy@binweek.co.uk. There is more on the privacy page.
