Calendar link
A private link you add to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar as a subscription. It updates itself for the next 12 weeks, with an optional alert at 6pm the evening before. No email address is needed, and opening the link never contacts your council.
A summary every Sunday evening, a reminder the evening before each collection, or both. You confirm by email first (double opt-in) and every message has a one-click unsubscribe.
How it works and what we keep
- We store your property reference encrypted, plus your email address for email reminders. Nothing about it appears in a web address.
- About once a week, overnight, we check your council’s own page for your dates. People at the same address share one check, and we never check a council more than it can sensibly handle.
- If your council’s site stops answering, the calendar and emails say so instead of guessing. Some councils cannot be checked at all; then we point you to the council.
- A calendar link nobody opens for 90 days is deleted. If you unsubscribe, your stored address is deleted straight away. See the privacy policy.
